Latvian language for children aged 3–6 years (LIEPAJA)

Latvian language classes for children aged 3.5 to 6
2 times per week 45 minutes each
The earlier a child starts learning a second language, the easier it will be to acquire knowledge and skills later on. Language learning fosters intellectual development and ensures harmonious growth.
Latvian language education at ANG School offers an individualized approach — special attention is given to each student’s needs and personal requirements. Your child will attend classes at ANG School with interest, and learning will bring joy!
The Latvian language program for children includes simple but effective exercises, grouped by type of activity:
- movement games with music and songs in Latvian;
- language games that develop thinking and creativity;
- skits and short theatrical tasks;
- exercises using flashcards with images, as well as audio and video materials;
- various contests, quizzes, and competitions to help memorize Latvian words and expressions;
- elements of practical skills — drawing, modeling, crafts, and more.
And not a single word in the native language — everything happens only in Latvian!
Our teachers take into account each child’s psychological traits and uncover the creative abilities inherent in every young learner. At the same time, memory, attention, motor skills, and communication abilities in a small peer group are developed. Most importantly, the foundation is laid for interest in the Latvian language, the child’s self-esteem increases, and self-confidence is strengthened.
And once again, we remind you: the earlier a child is introduced to the language, the faster and easier the process will be — without special effort and without any psychological discomfort.
